Make sense. Find meaning. Go your own way.

Less Linear Life is a psychological and philosophical approach to living, for people whose lives don’t follow straight lines.

It recognises that many of us have been shaped by complexity — by difference, difficulty and depth — and that conventional, linear models of success, healing and change often don’t work for us.

Instead of forcing ourselves into those models, Less Linear Life offers a different way: one that makes sense of our experience, finds meaning in it and builds a life that fits who we actually are.

A different way through change

Less Linear Life is built on the Wildcard Frameworkâ„¢ and unfolds through three movements that spiral, recur and deepen over a lifetime:

Make sense
Understand your experiences, your patterns, your nervous system, your neurodiversity, your history. Stop being confused by yourself.

Find meaning
Reconnect with who you are underneath the performance, the anxiety, the burnout. Understand what your experience has given you — including the hard parts.

Go your own way
Build a life, a practice, a contribution that is genuinely yours. Burn bright without burning out.

Therapy for women whose lives don’t follow straight lines
