Rethinking how women live grow and heal

At Less Linear Life we empower women whose lives don’t follow straight lines. We believe in rethinking how we live, grow and heal - on our own terms.

Most of the world is built for predictable paths — tidy timelines, clear careers and stable identities. But many thoughtful, creative and capable women don’t experience life that way.

Over time, this philosophy will grow into a wider space for ideas, conversations and resources that redefine how we thrive. In this process, we discover our Wildcard - those hidden strengths that emerge when we make sense of ourselves. Whether you’re facing uncertainty or redefining success, I hope to offer support, tools and a community.

For now, therapy is one place where this work begins.

A different way through change

At the heart of Less Linear Life is a simple idea - women don’t have to follow a straight path to create a meaningful life.

My mission is to help you:

Make sense
Understand your experiences, patterns and emotions.

Find meaning
Reconnect with who you are and what matters.

Go your own way
Build a life that works for you.

And burn bright without burning out.

Therapy for women whose lives don’t follow straight lines

I’m Dr Lizz Lewis. I’m a Psychologist and Psychotherapist working at the intersection of psychology, therapy and social change.

I offer 1-2-1 therapy to help women navigate change, anxiety and burnout when life moves off the path they expected.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening and understand yourself more deeply.

Many women feel different. With the right support, that difference can become your strength. That’s what I call the Wildcard.
