Dr Lizz Lewis, HCPC Psychologist
Online therapy for anxiety and burnout
For women who appear to be coping on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted on the inside.
I offer weekly depth-oriented online therapy for women seeking relational, structured support during periods of change, pressure or emotional overwhelm.
This works for you if…
You’re a woman who carries a high level of responsibility in your work, family or relationships and you are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm or burnout as a result. You may be a professional or entrepreneur, a mother or carer, outwardly capable and high-functioning, yet inwardly struggling to keep going.
You may be navigating ADHD traits or a late diagnosis, processing trauma or loss, or adjusting to identity shifts linked to career, motherhood, fertility, or perimenopause.
You’re not looking for quick fixes. You want thoughtful, depth-oriented support from an HCPC Psychologist that fits realistically into this season of your life.
A different rhythm of therapy
My practice is intentionally structured around the school year, with defined entry points in Autumn (September), Winter (January) and Spring (after Easter). Sessions take place weekly during term time, with space to pause and integrate during holidays and a break over the summer.
This rhythm offers consistency for women managing complex lives, while protecting space for rest, integration and living in between. It supports sustainable psychological change without adding pressure to an already demanding season.
About me
I’m a dual qualified HCPC-registered Chartered Psychologist and UKCP-accredited Clinical Psychotherapist, offering integrative, relational therapy informed by mind–body and trauma-aware approaches.
I work with women navigating high responsibility, often professionals and entrepreneurs, alongside caregiving or motherhood, identity transitions and emotional overwhelm, to support sustainable psychological change.
My practice is shaped by my own experience of business, motherhood and personal healing and is enriched by neurodivergent thinking. This allows me to bring both professional depth and embodied understanding to the therapeutic work.
If this feels right for you, I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can explore working together.
